CVS Health’s Retail Store Leadership Program offers comprehensive training to groom leaders to operate a CVS Pharmacy store or territory.
The first step in this program is to join our team as a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) and participate in our extensive training program. This will prepare you for a promotion to lead a store team. Advancement opportunities are dependent upon prior experience and performance during training, but can occur within three months to two years. Once you’ve mastered leading a store, you can grow your career, from there you can develop into field leadership and corporate roles.
Our Retail Management team is integral in cultivating a diverse and inclusive culture promoting our purpose of helping people on their path to better health. Your leadership will influence store performance that will build customer loyalty through your development of a motivated and engaged team. We provide a strong foundation to effectively support our leader’s transition into the management and operational responsibilities of a Store Manager.
