Irvin Development builds the leadership capacity of students and emerging professionals by providing a range of unique academic, extra-curricular, mentoring, and internship opportunities that serve young adults at key transitions in their lives. Neil Irvin has devoted his professional life to improving circumstances for young people. A Washington, DC area native, Neil has worked for nearly a quarter century to make the nation’s capital a model for other cities in its youth-serving programs and facilities.

 

 NSHMBA serves 32 chapters and 7,000 members in the U.S. and Puerto Rico and fosters Hispanic leadership through graduate management education and professional development. NSHMBA works to prepare Hispanics for leadership positions so that they can provide the cultural awareness and sensitivity vital in the management of the nation’s diverse workforce.
