Our 2016 National Youth Awards honored 8 students in Miami, FL last week! The National Youth Awards honors Latino high school seniors who excel in the classroom and community for their focus in categories like Education, Healthcare & Science, Community Service, Math & Accounting, Engineering, Business & Entrepreneurship, and Media & Entertainment.
Macy’s was our official wardrobe sponsor for the National Youth Awards, where the winners were connected to personal stylists at Macy’s at the Dadeland Mall in Miami, FL, who styled the winners for the big event.
The experience created a sense of connection and bonding opportunity for both parents and recipients, as they spent hours with the stylists putting their outfits together.
On the day of the award ceremony, the girls were glammed at Macy’s by makeup artists at the Macy’s in South Beach with makeup by Bobbi Brown. The girls chose what look they wanted to showcase at the ceremony that evening.
HHF thanks Macy’s for giving these students the opportunity to look and feel great for the National Youth Awards!
These high school students are Latino leaders in their communities as they are motivating and inspiring not only other students, but professionals everywhere! The Youth Awards highlights student’s success in cities like Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas, Washington D.C., New York, Miami, and many more.
