Liza Lopez is the El Paso Tennis Association Player of the Year, United States Tennis Association Outstanding Player and is in its Southwest Section Top 15.  For Montwood High School, where she attends, Liza is a two-time Tennis Most Valuable Player, District Championship winner, and Regional Championship qualifier.  Of Mexican descent, Liza tutors through the National Honor Society and has a 4.0 GPA.  She gives back to the community through Best Buddies, Military Pen Pals, and visiting nursing homes. In the fall she will attend Yale University.
