Through our CSL program, featuring AI and Cybersecurity curriculum, HHF is expanding nationwide access to computer science education. This includes crash-course coding camps that offer hands-on, immersive experiences, connecting students with industry professionals and pathways in tech.
Our vision is to provide students with access to year-round LOFT Innovation leadership and workforce development programs including STEM Symposia, Innovation Fellowships, Youth Awards, mentoring and other work-based learning opportunities. All students will join the LOFT Network and connect online and offline with tens of thousands of peers excelling on their own fast track careers.
The goal is to supply students with an introductory skillset of web-design and computer programming, while instilling an entrepreneurial spirit. CSL provides students with access to year-round leadership and workforce development opportunities. All students will be funneled to LOFTnetwork.org

Bridging the education-work gap by connecting students to opportunities with partner companies to gain hands-on experience and contribute to efforts that foster a more diverse workforce.
Before entering HHF’s Code as a Second Language program, only 51% of students reported feeling “very confident” learning computer science. Our work focuses on closing that confidence gap by pairing culturally responsive education with mentorship and opportunity.
