As we move into the final week illuminating the histories, cultures, and contributions of Hispanics and their impact during Hispanic Heritage Month, we want to take a moment to share a wonderful opportunity that has made dreams come true thanks to Colgate-Palmolive’s Haz La U scholarship initiative.

In collaboration with the Hispanic Heritage Foundation, Colgate-Palmolive will Award $100,000 in Scholarships to Hispanic high school seniors to provide financial relief via educational grants. By providing this accessibility to higher education, Colgate-Palmolive hopes to ensure brighter futures not only for graduating seniors, but also their families, communities, and country.

Watch the story of Jennifer Munoz, who is paving the way to higher education for students like herself – those that excel in academics and are dedicated in leaders in their communities. Jennifer’s pursuit of higher education and ignition of hope is a blast of inspiration that with a little help, any student can be in total control of their success. This is Jennifer’s story of her path towards higher education, made possible by Colgate-Palmolive’s Haz La U program and the Hispanic Heritage Foundation’s Youth Awards.

Eligible students can apply for grants via the Colgate-Palmolive Community Service track at Colgate.com/HazLaU through October 15, 2016. Thirty-one Hispanic high school students will be selected by the Hispanic Heritage Foundation to receive the Haz la U educational grants to help finance their first year of college.

Watch this video and apply to the scholarship now or shared with your friends and family!
