HHF & Century 21 Real Estate are bringing Empowering Latinas to Miami Dade College, Wolfson Campus on November 27, 2017.
Attend our informative event on November 27th from 6pm to 8pm. The event will take place at the Auditorium of Miami Dade College, Wolfson Campus, 300 Northeast 2nd Avenue Miami, Florida 33132.
Attendees will learn from industry leaders and the business opportunities the real estate industry offers and networking with other students and professionals in the area. To attend, register by November 20th here!
HHF & Century 21 Real Estate are excited to support Latina female entrepreneurs in the local Miami area. Empowering Latinas will award 70 students with scholarships that will enable them to obtain their real estate agent license that will allow them to start successful businesses.
The scholarship includes: the tuition for the 63- hour sales Associate course at Gold Coast schools, test fees & a background check. Empowering Latinas will also connect students with local Century 21 Real Estate brokers, receive support and real hand on hand experience as students are preparing for the license test.
Requirements of the program include: be a resident of Miami, be at least 18 years old, have completed high school education, be of Hispanic Heritage (including Spain, Brazil & Philippines), be a permanent resident, DACA, U.S. Citizen or eligible non-citizen, completed the online application.
If selected, required attendance to two supporting sessions and attendance to the graduation ceremony is mandatory. Deadline to apply to Empowering Latinas is December 8th, 2017, apply here. The candidate selection will be published on January 5th, 2o18.
