LOFT Charla @ Google Office | New York City

Hispanic Heritage Foundation

HHF will host a Latinos on Fast Track (LOFT) Charla today at the Google Offices in New York City from 6pm-8:30pm in the Spire Tech Talk Room, 14th floor.

Speakers at our LOFT Charlas have the opportunity to share what they want, however they want. In a series of back to back presentations on everything from technology, entrepreneurship, to wellness, the Charlas amplify the impact of innovators by connecting them to the global LOFT network.

Topics discussed at this Charla will include rethinking content management systems, the importance of keeping our Spanish language alive as our families grow in the U.S., academics, exposure and community, a profile of Latina leadership in the U.S., lessons learned from running the NY marathon, yes soy Latino/a, empowering the Latino identity, advocating for equity of experience in higher education and so much more!

The Charlas were created to inspire and connect leaders from different backgrounds in a supportive family like environment. You can expect to make deep connections through your shared experiences at our LOFT Charlas . We ask that all participants come  with an open mind and ready to contribute.

A previous LOFT Charla participant said, “This was a great opportunity for me to network with other people, and just just network but really listen to what they’re doing and how they’re progressing in the Latino community!”

Check if any of your Facebook friends are attending here and join us in having these important conversations! If you have any further questions regarding the Charla, contact Jose Duran at jose@hispanicheritage.org.
