Manos Accelerator Meet and Greet at Google LA!
The Hispanic Heritage Foundation (HHF) supported Manos Accelerator meet and greet at the Google Offices in Venice!
Manos Accelerator fosters startups and Latino entrepreneurs by providing access to early-stage capital, mentor support and resources that will enable them to build and grow their startup companies.
With offices in San Jose and expanding offices throughout the country, Manos Accelerator provides hands-on expertise in the areas of product development, design, user experience, and pitch preparation through a 12-week mentorship program.
Through Google Developers Launchpad, startups can receive mentorship guidance, and get educated on how to build and scale a successful business from Google and Silicon Valley experts.
Tech talks, code labs, mentor hours, and design sprints are all provided to start ups through mentorship.
HHF also works with sponsors, partners, and other organizations to provide Latinos with more opportunities in technology, in different cities, nationwide!
Code as a Second Language (CSL) is a national initiative that introduces youth to computer programming and makes technical training and careers accessible to Latinos, youth, and women everywhere.
HHF also offers a fellowship through ExxonMobil, where students are paired with a mentor for an exclusive mentorship program.
Our ESA LOFT Video Game Innovation Fellowship also serves as a platform for top minority game developers by identifying and promoting the top 20 innovators who can create a mobile application that will focus on new, technology-based approaches to address local and global social issues.
Regardless of profession, age, ethnicity, or gender, technology is an everyday asset and taking advantage of networking opportunities that are exclusive to your area are important!
