The Social Media Associate Manager for the RCI online marketing team is a dynamic marketing professional who is responsible for managing the RCI corporate brand social communities and platforms. This role interfaces with all facets of the business, serving as a key member of the North American marketing team. The overall objective of this position is to create, manage and publish entertaining and educational content throughout all of the RCI social channels and be our lead for social media reporting, insights and analytics. Reporting directly into the Director of Social Media, the Associate Manager must have a strong background in using Facebook insights, Facebook ad manager and other social media analytics dashboards. This role will be tasked in helping to grow our social media audience, engage with our member based and drive incremental referral traffic to our web properties.

• Execute day-to-day social media initiatives; including posting diverse content and developing strategies to improve user engagement, increasing referral traffic and driving action across all major channels including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Pinterest. • Manage maintenance and updates to our social media pages including branded copy, cover images, logos and profile images. • Create weekly, monthly and quarterly social media reports to share within the marketing team and to senior leadership along with the Director of Social Media. • Responsible for compiling referral traffic reports and insights to share with the content team in biweekly meetings to determine content that is performing via social channels • Review content performance on Facebook through Facebook insights, YouTube analytics and all social media platform native reporting and provide recommendations and observations to the social media team. • Manage the video upload process to our YouTube channels and promotion of our video content throughout our social media pages. Create SEO focused copy, meta tags, tracking links and cover image selections. • Work in concert with the social media analysts to gathering and utilize UGC as part of our social media marketing and content mix on Facebook and Twitter. • Manage our stock image request process and work with our internal graphics team to create images that resonate on our social media channels • Use geotagging, custom audiences and targeting to test effectiveness of Facebook posts • Provide ideas and leadership on how to drive referral traffic to our web properties from social media, including boosted post and fan acquisition campaigns • Create tracking links to be include in all social media posts that have a click through CTA • Partner with global/international partners on monthly social media calendars and content brainstorming • Experience with creating GIFs, cinemagraphs and other social media imagery/media a plus.


• BA/BS in Marketing or business-related field, MBA a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • 3+ years social media experience managing social media content for a brand; agency experience a plus • Demonstrated knowledge of social media platforms with proven examples of success • Ability to deal with competing priorities, a fast –paced work environment, and reporting deadlines • Solid analytical and problem solving skills • Experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising a plus
