The Hispanic Heritage Foundation (HHF) hosted its LOFT Charla at the Adobe Offices in Downtown San Francisco this past week! The LOFT Charlas are local, self-organized discussions led by community leaders across the country.

At our LOFT Charlas there are back to back presentations on topics that range from technology, entrepreneurship, to wellness, the Charlas amplify the impact of innovators by connecting them to HHF’s global LOFT Network. Hearing Latino leaders from different fields speak on important topics is needed now more than ever!

“The LOFT Charla Bay Area proved to be essential to our Latinx communities just as our previous Charlas have been doing so, folks were exposed to all the great work our Latinx community is doing in the classroom, community, nonprofit, and business sectors,” said Jose Duran, Community Coordinator at HHF.

So what is a LOFT Charla? A LOFT Charla is an opportunity for speakers and attendees to share whatever they think is important. The Charlas were created to connect Latino leaders from different backgrounds in a supportive family-like environment.

Our LOFT Charlas take place in different cities across the country, and each city brings its own unique energy. Speakers have a chance to tell their stories, and attendees can listen, engage, and be a part of the conversation.

The Latino community continues to be one of the fastest growing communities in the U.S., and the Charlas are a great opportunity to hear about this growth all around the country.

HHF thanks our partners at the Adobe Offices in San Francisco for allowing this space to foster amazing discussions and connections!
