Through the Empowering Latinas scholarship and mentorship program, HHF in partnership with CENTURY 21, support Latina female entrepreneurs by giving them 70 study grants that will enable them to obtain their Real Estate Agent License, and start successful businesses! Apply to the mentorship program here!
This scholarship will cover the cost of all that is required to obtain the real estate agent License, and includes the tuition for the 62-hour sales Associate Course at Gold Coast Schools, test fees and a background check. Students will also be connected with local Century 21 Real Estate brokers so that they can receive support, experience as they are preparing for the license test.
As students obtain their license, they will have the opportunity to join a Century 21 Real Estate franchise. If you have any further questions please contact Jessica Iniguez @ [email protected]. A través del programa de becas y mentoría Empowering Latinas, la organización Hispanic Heritage Foundation en alianza con CENTURY 21® apoyan a las mujeres latinas emprendedoras otorgándoles 70 becas de estudio que les permitirá obtener su licencia de agente en bienes raíces para que de esta manera inicien un negocio exitoso. Las becas cubrirán el costo de todo lo que se requiere para obtener la licencia de agente en bienes raíces lo cual incluye:
– Matrícula del curso de 63 horas en la academia Gold Coast Schools en Miami.
– Las tasas para presentar el examen en el estado de Florida.
– Comprobación de antecedentes.
Además de cubrir los costos, esta beca permitirá conectar a los estudiantes con agentes afiliados de Century 21 Real Estate para que, de manera directa, reciban mentoría de los más expertos mientras se preparan para obtener sus licencias. Una vez que la obtengan, tendrán la oportunidad de iniciar su exitoso negocio con una de las franquicias de Century 21 Real Estate.
