The Hispanic Heritage Foundation (HHF) to host a Latinos on Fast Track (LOFT) Charla in Miami, FL at Ventura Cafe!

HHF’s LOFT Charlas are local, self-organized discussions led by community leaders across the country. Speakers have the opportunity to share personal stories and ideas, any way they’d like. Attendees engage in meaningful conversation through the interactive, reflective, Native-American, Kiva discussion method.

“Our LOFT Charlas proved to be essential to our Latinx communities, folks are exposed to all the great work our Latinx community is doing in their classroom, community, nonprofit and business sectors,” said Jose Duran, Community Coordinator at HHF.

Presentations at the LOFT Charla will include “Never Settle for Second Best,”Building the College Pipeline,” “Importance of Embracing our Language,” “Catholic Legal Services” and a special performance of “Que Amanezca y Te Vea.”

Through a series of back to back presentations on everything from technology, entrepreneurship, to wellness, the Charlas amplified the impact of innovators by connecting them to the global LOFT Network.  Our participants made meaningful, genuine  relationships through our LOFT Charlas in 2017, learn more here.
