Nationwide joins the NFL and Hispanic Heritage Foundation to celebrate student-athlete leaders as part of the ‘NFL Latino Youth Honors’ activations during Super Bowl LVIII week

LAS VEGAS, NV.  – The Hispanic Heritage Foundation (HHF) and the NFL announced today that Nationwide will join in the celebration of student-athlete leaders from across the country during the inaugural NFL Latino Youth Honors during Super Bowl LVIII week in Las Vegas.  Eight outstanding high school senior student-athletes and their families, previously announced by the NFL, will receive a one-time grant to fund their college education.  As part of the program, the Latino students and their families will experience special activities hosted by the NFL during the week, including a special awards dinner in partnership with Nationwide on Wednesday, February 7 at 6:00 pm. PT, on the rooftop of the Wheel House at the LINQ. Guests will include celebrities, NFL and Nationwide executives, and community leaders.

The awards dinner will be emceed by Youth Awards Spokesperson and bi-lingual Mexican/Honduran actress Francia Raísa, who starred in ‘How I Met Your Father’ and now #1 Best Seller on Amazon for her family’s salsa recipe. The NFL and HHF will also announce the National Recipient of the NFL Latino Youth Honors from the eight finalists, who will be invited to take part in HHF’s 25th Annual National Youth Awards Ceremony in the Spring.
