TikTok and HHF announce “Creciendo con TikTok” to help Latinx business owners across the country

WASHINGTON, DC – TikTok and the Hispanic Heritage Foundation (HHF) announced today the launch of Creciendo con TikTok, a Small Business Grant Program which includes a social investment fund of $150,000 to recognize and support Latinx entrepreneurs who are pivoting from the COVID-19 crisis. Thirty business owners will be selected to each receive $5,000 grants across the country in partnership with the USHCC (US Hispanic Chamber of Commerce) and Latino Business Action Network (LBAN).

Creciendo con TikTok is part of a year-round partnership between TikTok and HHF to support entrepreneurship, content creation, tech education/career paths, and leadership development.

“HHF is thrilled to partner with TikTok in support of Latinx business and entrepreneurship who will continue to play a vital role in America’s economic recovery as well as moving our community forward,” said Antonio Tijerino, HHF president and CEO. “We are also looking forward to working in tandem with USHCC, LBAN and our LOFT Network to identify and award the small businesses who can use the help in sustaining their vision and hard work as entrepreneurs.”
